We call our investing and business model “brain equity” since companies requires both brain and capital.

The most important thing in all projects is to have the right people with the right will and ambition. According to our experience, it is as important as the business idea itself.

We are in various ways always an active owner of the companies that we founded or join as a shareholder and we always have a controlling ownership in varying ways.
We work through our partner model, which is based on committed individuals who run their company as if it were their own wallet, but with our active support. They are also partners in the company.

We don’t build our companies on exit strategies – we have a long perspective as owners.

However, we are not an investment company that invests in different start-ups.
